		<description>I have never doubted the health benefits of juicing. Indeed, juice contain a lot of nutrients that can even supply a body&#039;s whole day needs of vitamins, carbos, and minerals. However, let us not discount the fact that juicing can also reduce our intake of fibers because we leave them out after juicing. Fibers are known substances that can aid in digestion and lower cholesterol. Juicing is good but we must also balance them out with the natural foods that we must eat.
