Juicer Recipes: Cleansing Carrot Cocktails

  • Sharebar

If possible, use organic fruits and vegetables in your juicer recipes, but if you cannot find them, or you feel they cost too much – don’t worry and just use what you have.

Remember: It is better to drink non-organic juice, than to drink no juice at all!

Here are some carrot juicer recipes to inspire you. Dandelion helps to flush toxins from the system and improves the liver function. It is recommended for the liver cleansing diet. Alternate these with green juice cocktail for best results.

  5. Organic juices are always very expensive. But in Philippines, which is tropical, we can find a lot “lemoncito” or “small citrus fruit”, blend it with mild sugar and ice, it is really good, natural and delicious drink. The good thing about this drink is that there is no need of a blender.

I am not used to drink carrot juices, though I have tried it before but I find it a bit expensive to maintain. Anyway, as long as it is organic, it is always good for the health.
