I totally agree, organic is definitely recommended, it is so much better on every level than industrially farmed produce. But even better again is to grow your own vegetables – nutritious, delicious and incredibly rewaeding!

I ma loving the carrot recipes. I am guess that carrot is overall good for the body because I have recently been advised to use carrot soap for my acne and its working wonderfully for me.

Organic juices are always very expensive. But in Philippines, which is tropical, we can find a lot “lemoncito” or “small citrus fruit”, blend it with mild sugar and ice, it is really good, natural and delicious drink. The good thing about this drink is that there is no need of a blender.

I am not used to drink carrot juices, though I have tried it before but I find it a bit expensive to maintain. Anyway, as long as it is organic, it is always good for the health.
