3. Juice that is made from fruit contains more sugar, natural sugar, but still sugar, so half it up with some green vegetables which will allow for a better taste, but less sugar.

4. Those that have diabetes or hypoglycemia should ask their physicians prior to juicing sweet fruits. That is because fruit juice could cause a fast increase of blood sugar. You need to monitor the amount of fruit you juice so you can watch your medical needs. Vegetable juices don’t carry the same concerns. They safely supply nutrients without the sugar bump in the bloodstream.

5. To make juicing every day a habit, keep your juicer in a prominent spot in your kitchen. Putting the juicer in sight will remind you to use it and make healthier choices for the family.

6. Take the time to really enjoy your juices and taste everything in it. Roll the juice inside your mouth, allowing all your taste buds to experience the individual tastes, and begin the process of digestion.

7. If your children do not like to eat vegetables because of their look or taste, try juicing them. Because many kids do not enjoy eating vegetables you can mask them by juicing fruits with veggies. Get your kids involved in juicing, let them press the buttons on our juicer so they really have fun with it, this will teach good nutritious habits to them as well and they will enjoy their juice that much more.

8. Always wash your juicer immediately after you are done using it. Certain juices can stain the juice jug you use or dull the blades if they’re not cleaned immediately.

9. Don’t add too many foods to your juices! You can make a healthy juice without having to use multiple vegetables. Use 2 or maybe 3 different veggies for their nutrients and then add some apples for an extra bit of sweetness. Alternatively, the same theory should be applied to a fruit juice mix. Just use a couple of fruit varieties in order to maximize the overall flavor.

10. If you use juicing, be aware of the effects it can have on your teeth. This is extremely important because certain varieties of juices will stain your teeth. Carrots and beets for example, can cause this to occur when they are juiced. To avoid staining your teeth, make sure you brush your teeth right after you drink these types of juices.

As you already know, juicing is great for anyone who wants to give their body nutrients while at the same time avoiding having to directly eat vegetables. This is a great option to keep the whole family healthy and and a fun way to add a nutritious element to your diet.
