Parsley is truly an amazing herb. I’ve written recently about health benefits of parsley, and I hope you are using it in your juicing recipes.
Parsley is super-healthy (good for your bones, your kidneys, and preventing those pesky infections that will be coming soon with the cold season), available year-round, and quite inexpensive. It’s also easy to grow your own.
There is really no reason not to use it for juicing!
