A sweet and deliciously tangy juicing recipe perfect for breakfast or a pick-you-up afternoon snack. You’ll have fun mixing in many different ingredients in your juice as opposed to just one or two. Ginger and lemon will add a little extra “kick” to make it even more tasty.
a handful or so of seedless grapes
2 medium carrots
2 leaves of kale
1 stalk of celery
1 inch of ginger root
1/4 of a lemon
Pass all ingredients through the juicer. Makes about 16 ounces.
To make it easier, start with the softer ingredients, and use the hard ones (such as carrots) to push it all through.
